Founder and President
Mark is the founder and President of Calmar Consulting. The business originated in 2006 and began as a Financial Services Company providing Credit Card and ACH Payment Services to Businesses which has since grown to over $ 100 Million in annual transactions.
Over time, the business has added Point of Sale Systems for both Hospitality and Retail, as well as an expansive and robust Gift Card processing program.
Prior to that, Mark served as Vice President of Branch Administration and Marketing for Evans Bank, a billion-dollar financial institution.
Mark’s current and former Board Memberships include the Canisius College Alumni Board of Directors, Young Audiences of Western New York, The Franciscan Center, JP’s Foundation ,The Franciscan Heritage Foundation, and most recently as a member of the Mount Mercy Academy Board of Trustees.
Mark is a graduate of Bishop Timon St. Jude High School and Canisius College with a bachelor’s degree in business management and currently resides in Hamburg, NY with wife Robin. Together they have four daughters and nine grandchildren.

Steven Lewis joined Calmar Consulting in 2025 . He brings over two decades of leadership in the Hospitality Industry to his role at Calmar Consulting, where he serves as Director of Business Development. His career spans executive chef roles and operational leadership, with proven success in managing teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Steven’s expertise in menu creation and restaurant operations continues to be a valuable asset to Calmar’s diverse clientele. His deep understanding of production efficiencies, budgeting, and strategic problem-solving also benefits our direct retail and B2B clients, driving measurable improvements across sectors.
With a strong background in implementing new technologies and procedures, Steven excels at streamlining operations and enhancing organizational performance. His collaborative communication style fosters team cohesion and elevates client satisfaction across Calmar’s broad portfolio.
Steven resides in the town of Tonawanda and is married to the former Melissa Roseman and has two sons, Jackson and Hudson.
